Master's Machine was established 2004 by Ken Seaux. Drawing from his experience as an owner/operations manager of a previous manufacturing company, Ken began Master's with the buyer in mind. Missed deadlines, long lead times, poor quality, wrong attitudes and other issues he dealt with were traits he resolved to not have at Master's. The customer’s needs come first, then the employee’s needs, and lastly - the needs of the managers and owner.

“We are very willing to take difficult parts and often times are the shop chosen to repair other shop's work. Our facility is top of the line and I doubt there are 1% of shops our size that can come close to our cleanliness, organization and professionalism. A recent visiting insurance company safety engineer proves this with his comment. He said that he had never seen a machine shop as clean as ours in 20 years on the job. We take great pride in our 4 axis CNC milling work and our facilities”.

“Hardware is important, but our most valued asset is our personnel. I know this sounds typical, but I really mean it. I go to extremes that nobody else does to serve my personnel. As a result we have a very harmonious, motivated and eager group of employees. We train everyone to their maximum level or desire. We never hold people back in order to have a particular machine manned. We have over 100 years of combined experience.

When I began this business, I hired an expert machinist to run the shop. I knew very little about machine work. I did however, know a lot about people. I told my one employee that there were several principles we would follow in operating this business…

  • We would be responsive to our customers and their needs.
  • We would return phone calls as soon as possible.
  • We would get quotes out ASAP & we would get the work done as quickly as we could.
  • We would hire quality people, pay them a good wage and treat them well.
  • We would produce the best quality parts always trying to get better.
  • When something goes wrong, we will go beyond what is expected to help the customer resolve the problem.

Whatever it takes is our slogan. We do our best to communicate schedule changes or problems immediately so corrective action can be taken. Additionally we are a growing company looking to build our already strong customer base. You have my word.”  Ken Seaux - Owner

Master's is working toward ISO Certification. We currently have a total quality program in place. Our QA department is what we consider one of the most important areas. We have staffed this department with an experienced machinist who knows how parts are supposed to look, how they are made and what difficulties occur in manufacturing.

We have all the latest technology in our QA dept. We employ visual comparators and a system know as a Gagemaker. Gagemaker is a measuring system designed to measure within 50 millionths of an inch. It allows us to be extremely accurate and enables us to cut just about any thread with confidence. We plan to purchase an automatic video inspection system very soon.
